Alexia first met Stavros & Pantelis Melissinos in 2004 when her filmmaker friend Angelike Contis made the documentary Olympic Diaries – a documentary about 3 people’s lives during the Athens 2004 Olympic Games. Featuring volunteer Vasilios Contis, reporter Alexia Amvrazi and poet sandal-maker Stavros Melissinos.
